After completing multiple prolonged fasts herself, she became passionate about teaching others how to fast safely, effectively, and with the guidance she wishes she had in the beginning.

Yes—when it’s done correctly.
This course is designed to walk you through a safe, structured fast.

You’ll learn exactly what to expect, how to manage normal symptoms, and how to know when it’s time to pause or stop.
That said, if you have serious medical conditions or take medications, you should speak with your doctor before starting.
I’ll show you how to fast safely, but you’re always in control.

2. What if I’ve never fasted before?
Perfect—this course was built for beginners.
You don’t need experience or willpower; you need guidance.

3. What if I can’t make it the full 7 days?
There’s no failure here.
While 7 days offers incredible healing benefits, you’ll still experience powerful changes with a shorter fast — 2, 3, or 4 days can still lower inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, and reset your metabolism.
You go as far as your body feels ready.

4. What symptoms should I expect during the fast?
Most people experience some combination of: mild headaches, fatigue, light dizziness, cravings, mood changes, or trouble sleeping.

These are normal and usually temporary.
You’ll learn exactly how to manage these symptoms safely.

5. How will I know if I should stop the fast?
Your body will always tell you—and I teach you how to listen.
