In our one-on-one coaching sessions, we will work together to identify the underlying causes of your anxiety and develop effective strategies to manage and overcome it. Our coaches will help you challenge irrational thoughts, reframe negative beliefs, and create a more positive mindset.

 

This program goes beyond just managing anxiety. It's about empowering you to take charge of your overall well-being. We will help you develop a holistic approach to your health and incorporate self-care practices, stress management techniques, and coping strategies to enhance your overall resilience.

This 1:1 session also includes a follow up report with all of our recommendations for you, based on what was discussed.

We do not out source.  You will meet with one of our core team members directly, who are all licensed healthcare professionals with at least 10 years of experience.  We will assess your needs based on the answers you provide us on an initial intake form, and you will be assigned to the team member that is best able to support you.
